TYPE OF AUCTION:
Live Onsite Auction with Online Absentee Bidding and Live Online Simulcast Bidding
Auction will take place on site at on site at 3207 Parker Street, Amarillo, Texas.
From the Intersection of Washington Street and SW 34th Avenue travel west on SW 34th to Parker Street. Turn North (right) on Parker and the home will be on the right.
10% Live Onsite Bidding, Online Absentee Bidding or Live Online Simulcast Bidding
A Buyers Premium will be charged on each purchase. A buyer’s premium, an advertised percentage of the high bid will be added to the high bid and become part of the purchase amount at settlement.
An Earnest Money Deposit of 5% of the contract price is due immediately after the Auction by personal or company check for onsite bidders and by wire transfer for online bidders. The Real Estate Taxes will be prorated through the date of closing.
This auction is NOT subject to financing, inspection or appraisal. Personal Property is not included in the auction.
Closing is on or before TBD.
ONLINE BIDDER CONTRACTS:
Contract Packages will be sent by e-mail to the successful high bidder at the end of the auction. Successful high bidder must execute, and fax, email or hand deliver the package back to Assiter Auctioneers within 24 hours of receipt. Successful high bidders not executing and returning their contract with earnest money deposit within 24 hours of receipt will be considered in default and subject to an Administrative Fee.
