Caleb J. Paul, Vice President of Asset Solutions

Caleb joined Assiter Auctioneers in September 2008, bringing a variety of experiences in Asset Management, Project Management, and all aspects of Information Technology. He has been instrumental in management campaigns with single-location facilities to global Fortune 50 corporations both domestically and internationally. 

Caleb prides himself on managing teams that are very responsive and attentive to customers needs.  He leads teams that rapidly respond while adhering to ethical practices in and outside of the workplace.  Throughout his professional career, Caleb has worked alongside and managed teams in the APAC, EMEA and NA regions.  This exposure has proven Caleb to be culturally sensitive, allowing him to better respond to each customer’s requests independently.

His broad experiences in asset management forecasting, production, and procurement-to-market expand the breadth of the Assiter management team. Caleb uses innate perception and well honed analysis skills to effectively evaluate the infrastructure and processes of a business organization.  He then utilizes this evaluation to develop procedures which make the company fundamentally more cohesive and respond more efficiently.

Caleb has developed an extensive knowledge of information technology, by working literally from the ground up.  He started his career by working on the factory floor, and grew to managing international teams, with many knowledge expanding opportunities along the way.  Prior to joining the company, he attained a wealth of business knowledge from acquisition team management for a corporation which acquired businesses, and retooled their processes and systems into the existing organization’s model.

With a specialty in procurement, organizational, and inventory management, Caleb relies on statistical information to improve the existing business model. His extensive experience in technology and business processes allow him to couple these two areas enabling Assiter Auctioneers to provide the customer with a cutting edge solution.  He rolls up his sleeves to combine hard work and experience to make Assiter Auctioneers the best in the auction industry.
