City of Amarillo Ammonia Plant

Ammonia System used for cold storage for freezer space for large food distribution company. 

The entire system MUST be removed by 5 pm on Friday July 16, 2021.  Access to the building will be from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday beginning on Monday, June 21st.  Buyer's Responsibility to Bring Own Equipment and Manpower to Dissemble and Remove. Proof of Insurance is required. Any roof penetrations must be filled by buyer at buyers cost.
